CHEF Anthony Hughes

I would be happy to help you cater your next event. Your event means as much to me as it does to you, no matter the budget!

I started my culinary career as the Private Chef (at the age of 17) for the Holdrige family and stayed on location at Stemmer's Run Mansion located in Owings Mills Maryland. My passion went onward to the Dominican Republic where, with my Wife, we started Fat Tony's Cafe serving locals and tourists alike, and were serving an average of 400 people a day!  I am a graduate of a professional culinary program here in the US and I was the Sous Chef for Blue Monkey Catering in Bucks County.  I was an event Chef for Barclay catering.  I transformed a small deli in Wyndmoor into a stunning local Bistro!
